The evidence

Trust should be earned, not requested.

Our reporting distinguishes verified facts, reasonable inference, disputed claims and unresolved questions. Readers should be able to see how a conclusion was reached.

01

Primary evidence first

Official records, original research, court material, company statements and direct source material take priority wherever available.

02

Claims are classified

We separate established fact from allegation, interpretation and opinion. Uncertainty is disclosed rather than disguised.

03

Counterevidence matters

Evidence that challenges the working theory is examined, not buried. Strong reporting survives scrutiny.

04

Corrections remain visible

Material errors are corrected clearly. Transparency is part of accountability, including our own.

“The aim is not to sound certain. The aim is to be accurate, fair and clear about what remains unknown.”
